We’ve been developing our product suite SIHOT since 1986 and our hotel management software runs in more than 3.500 hotels worldwide. Our offices with a total of 200 employees are located near Berlin, in Valencia, Lisbon, Cardiff, Sao Paulo and Australia’s Gold Coast.

Everyone knows Amazon’s Alexa and Apple’s Siri – the digital world has well and truly arrived in our daily lives. The commercial use of products, however, is only at the beginning.

Join us in finding and implementing new digital tools that will have a real impact on jobs in the hotel industry. Based on the detailed data collected in SIHOT, skills could automatically take over a number of daily tasks. Guests may also find many potential uses for skills, for example placing a room service order.  Highly personalised services could, for example, include a warning at the restaurant if the guest suffers from food allergies.

In this context, we offer final thesis subjects for:

BACHELOR DEGREE

• Analyse business cases regarding the use of skills in the hospitality field, for example in internal processes or guest self-service processes
• Definition of interaction or communication scenarios for skills
• Development of basic skills for a product in a specific area

MASTER DEGREE

Conception of a software architecture that enables the integration of different existing processes (Alexa, Siri, etc.) and implementation of a prototype.
