PURCHASING AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

HEAD OFFICE POSITION

We’ve been developing our hotel management software SIHOT for since 1986 and our product family is running in more than 3.500 hotels worldwide. Our offices with a total of 190 employees are located near Berlin, in Valencia, Lisbon, Cardiff, Sao Paulo and Australia’s Gold Coast.

YOUR TASKS

  • Processing all purchases of the company
  • Billing and payments
  • Travel management
  • Managing the fleet of company cars
  • General administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE

  • A background in office administration with a minimum of three years’ experience
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • The ideal candidate has a knowledge of standard administration systems (e.g. Datev)
  • Applicants must be able to work self-efficiently and be quality conscious, goal-oriented and team players.
