We’ve been developing our hotel management software SIHOT for since 1986 and our product family is running in more than 3.500 hotels worldwide. Our offices with a total of 170 employees are located near Berlin, in Valencia, Lisbon, Cardiff, Sao Paulo and Australia’s Gold Coast.

- Looking after new and existing clients by phone (in- and outbound)
- Calculating and creating offers and contracts in cooperation with the Director of Sales
- Analysing client requirements and supporting pre- and post-sale activities for key accounts
- Maintaining client records in our CRM system
- Processing orders and coordination with project management
- Office management
- Organising and participation in trade fairs and events
- Fully conversant with the usual MS Office products, experience with other data processing applications and open for new challenges
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email, in-person) and excellent client orientation
- Fluent German (both written and verbally)
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
- Team player with a professional, friendly attitude
