SALES COORDINATOR

STATIONED AT OUR BERLIN OFFICE

We’ve been developing our hotel management software SIHOT for since 1986 and our product family is running in more than 3.500 hotels worldwide. Our offices with a total of 170 employees are located near Berlin, in Valencia, Lisbon, Cardiff, Sao Paulo and Australia’s Gold Coast.

Become part of an international corporation and look forward to new challenges! At our district office near Berlin, Germany, we’re looking for a professional to support our Sales team and keep this busy office running smoothly.

YOUR TASKS

  • Look after new and existing clients by phone (in- and outbound)
  • Calculate and create offers and contracts in cooperation with the Director of Sales
  • Analyse client requirements and support pre- and post-sale activities for key accounts
  • Maintaining client records in our CRM system
  • Processing orders and coordination with project management
  • Office management
  • Organising and participation in trade fairs and events

YOUR PROFILE

  • Fully conversant with the usual MS Office products, experience with other data processing applications and open for new challenges
  • Strong communication skills (via phone, email, in-person) and excellent client orientation
  • Fluent German (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
  • Team player with a professional, friendly attitude
