TEAM LEADER TRAINING AND SUPPORT

HEAD OFFICE POSITION

We’ve been developing our hotel management software SIHOT for since 1986 and our product family is running in more than 3.500 hotels worldwide. Our offices with a total of 190 employees are located near Berlin, in Valencia, Lisbon, Cardiff, Sao Paulo and Australia’s Gold Coast.

Become part of an international corporation and look forward to new challenges! At our head office in Schiffweiler, Germany, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Team Leader to head our Training and Support team.

YOUR TASKS

  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide continuous learning opportunities
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate team members for on-site deployment
  • Supervise the ticket queue and ensure all tickets are processed in a timely manner
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and resolve ticket escalations
  • Travel nationwide and abroad if required

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven work experience as a team leader
  • Committed, reliable and able to work under pressure
  • Not afraid to face new challenges, willing to look for unconventional solutions, happy to work with complex systems
  • Excellent English and German language skills

As a team leader, you should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. The position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to reach the goals set out for the team.
