Covid-19 situation: SIHOT securing operations with “work from home”
The Covid-19 situation is a significant challenge for Europe and the rest of the world. Therefore, we decided to use the “work from home” option. With this action, we not only ensure the safety of our staff but will also limit the spread of Covit-19.
Our inhouse-systems and SIHOT were established with multiple backup systems right from the beginning. Also, SIHOT employees have had the option of working from home if and when required for many years. We are, therefore, pleased to advise that we’ve now transitioned 75% of our team to their home offices, where they continue to keep up operations and deliver the same high-quality service you’re used to.
Apart from daily operation, the most important task we face right now, is to empathize with our clients and their situation. Many hotels had to close entirely or work with limited staff. Even though we are clearly going through a crisis, our employees are even more committed to master the upcoming weeks together with our partners. At SIHOT, we are proud to see a high amount of team spirit during this time. We are grateful for this level of involvement and are convinced that, together, we will successfully manage this situation.
